Preparation and prevention
We take a focused, measured approach to injury and disability management. Our experienced providers gain a working knowledge of your work environments and the physical demands of the job. This understanding allows for focused prevention of injury and illness, conservative treatment, early intervention, coordination of medical treatment with return-to-work expectations, and restricted-duty assignments.
Expert onsite care
Our experienced occupational health providers will conduct the initial and follow-up care at the onsite wellness center. When more definitive treatment is needed, we refer to the appropriate community provider or specialist. Our programs are designed to help members deal with the impact of the condition on both work and at-home activities.
Case management
Case management nurses coordinate comprehensive healthcare delivery services to achieve optimum quality care in the most cost-effective manner. Case management begins at the initial injury/illness event and continues until members return to pre-injury status, or when definitive care determination and maximal medical improvement is reached.
