Comprehensive Family Care
Premise Health primary care providers can deliver a variety of care for the entire family. Services include preventive exams and screenings, acute and episodic care, in addition to specialist referrals and coordination for pediatric care when needed.
Education for Self-Awareness
Premise Health provides educational material on various women’s health topics. Breast self-awareness, clinical breast exams, and mammography promote early breast cancer detection. Members are also provided resources on cervical cancer screening, STD testing, and interpersonal and domestic violence.
Hormone Therapy
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) provides relief of symptoms associated with menopause. Our providers take an individualized approach based upon a woman’s cardiovascular and breast cancer risk and partner with the member to give them the information they need to determine a best course of action. Discussion involves review of HRT efficacy, safety, access, side effects, cost, and convenience.
