U-Haul Begins Construction on Phoenix Conference and Fitness Center
U-Haul’s conference and fitness center is set to be completed by December 2020.
The center will include a conference area, locker rooms, full-size basketball court, two-lane track, spin studio, and group fitness rooms. U-Haul is partnering with Premise Health to include a medical center in the space as well. The expansion is part of the company’s U-Haul Healthier You program, which addresses the wellness of team members across four scopes: health, mindset, nutrition, and fitness.
“This is an exciting piece of our expansion – one that directly addresses the needs and initiatives of our team,” said Jessica Lopez, U-Haul Chief of Staff. “The fitness component aligns with our Healthier You program, which empowers our team members to be the healthiest versions of themselves. If we take care of our team members, they take care of our customers.”
The multi-million-dollar center broke ground on December 10, 2019 and is set to be completed by December 2020.
