Textron Aviation Celebrates Opening of Second Wichita Plane Healthy Wellness Center

Textron Aviation recently announced the opening of its second Plane Healthy Wellness Center & Pharmacy at the company’s east headquarters in Wichita, Kansas. Operated by Premise Health, the wellness center provides convenient access to affordable, high-quality care for more than 9,500 employees and their families.  

“Our employees are our greatest asset, and we are dedicated to providing them with the resources they need to thrive both personally and professionally,” said Maggie Topping, Textron Aviation’s senior vice president of human resources and communications. “By opening our second wellness center, we are making a significant investment in our people, ensuring they have easy access to convenient and affordable care.” 

Textron Aviation’s first Plane Healthy Wellness Center opened in 2022 on its west Wichita campus. This past year, the west Wichita center fielded 19,000 visits, filled 32,000 prescriptions, and achieved a customer satisfaction score of 90, surpassing the industry average of 58.  

Built to meet increased demand following the success of the west Wichita center, the new center provides primary care, urgent care, pharmacy with drive-through access, physical therapy, radiology, behavioral health, wellness coaching, and condition management.
