Shaw Industries Group, Inc. and Premise Health Celebrate Health Center Anniversary

In April, Shaw Industries Group, Inc. (Shaw) celebrated the one-year anniversary of its second onsite health center, powered by Premise Health. The Shaw Family Health Center, located in Andalusia, Alabama, provides primary care, acute care, behavioral health, and wellness services to local associates and dependents.

“We believe the success of our people and our business are one and the same,” said Jeff Riddlebarger, vice president of total rewards. “When our people are healthy, safe, and supported, they can bring their whole and best selves to work. Our total rewards package – including the Shaw Family Health Center – is specifically designed to support all aspects of our associates and their families’ lives.”

The center serves around 1,400 associates working in Andalusia, making it convenient for both them and their families to get the care they need, when they need it. The employer also provides convenient care at their onsite health centers in Dalton and Port Wentworth, Georgia, which opened in 2019 and 2022, respectively.
