Premise Health Wellness Centers Named Finalists for the AAAHC Award
This award is presented on behalf of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) Institute for Quality Improvement. Premise Health will be recognized as two of three groups in the Primary Care category for having developed, implemented, and demonstrated a successful and measurable quality improvement program based on the results of a study they implemented at the health center.
Submissions for this award were reviewed by an expert panel appointed by the AAAHC Institute and judged on a specific set of criteria that included the quality issue addressed, data collection, and the development and implementation of corrective action.
Their studies will be presented during a poster session at the AAAHC’s Achieving Accreditation Education meeting March 17-18, 2017, in Tampa, Florida. The winner of the Kershner Innovations Award will be announced during that meeting.
Earlier this year, Premise Health received network accreditation through AAAHC for its health centers, including 54 designated Patient Centered Medical Homes. The AAAHC Network Accreditation Program measures an organization’s strategy against stringent, national quality standards across all of its sites of care to determine eligibility for accreditation. Thank you to our team members for helping their patients get, stay and be well. You truly embody what it means to be Engaged, Innovative, and Quality-Focused.
