Premise Health Recognized as Military Friendly and Military Friendly Spouse Employer

For the fifth year in a row, Premise Health was named a Military Friendly® Employer by VIQTORY and earned the #1 rank. In addition, Premise received the Military Spouse Friendly Employer designation for the fourth consecutive year. Both were awarded in the $500M-$1B revenue category. The awards reflect the organization’s commitment to hiring and retaining veterans and the ongoing effort to support the military community, spouses, and families.

Military Friendly rankings are determined by VIQTORY, which measures companies’ commitment and success in creating a meaningful experience for veterans and military spouses. The methodology focuses on specific policies, processes, resources, and investments that companies have put in place to help determine which have had the most impact on career development. Aside from evaluating military veteran and spouse programs, VIQTORY works to connect the military community to civilian employment and educational and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Methodology 

Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by VIQTORY with input from the Military Friendly®​ Advisory Council of independent leaders in the higher education and military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for applicant, new hire retention, employee turnover, and promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.
