Premise Health Named Tennessean Top Workplace for Seventh Year
Premise Health has been recognized as a 2022 Top Workplace by The Tennessean for the seventh year in a row. The employer ranked fourth out of 19 Middle Tennessee companies in the large employer category and was the top healthcare organization to work for in the region. Premise CEO Stu Clark also received the leadership award in the large employer category, which was based on feedback provided by Premise employees.
“We are extremely proud to be on a select list of year-over-year winners in Middle Tennessee, and these designations are a direct reflection of how our team members feel about working at Premise” said Premise CEO, Stu Clark. “We empower our teams to let their voices be heard, and we’re pleased to hear them championing our mission-driven and team-first culture.”
The list of winners is based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology partner. The survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.
“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
