Premise Health CEO Stu Clark Gives Insights on Advanced Primary Care to Indiana Chamber of Commerce Publication

Premise Health CEO Stu Clark addresses the benefits of advanced primary care, as part of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s BizVoice article highlighting Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana’s upcoming opening of a Premise Health Center later this month in Fort Wayne, Indiana.    

Clark stresses the importance of the primary care provider relationship in health care, while noting that approximately one-third of Americans don’t have an established primary care provider.  

“The ultimate goal is to enhance the patient’s experience, help them navigate a complicated and misaligned health care system, improve clinical quality, lower costs and improve health outcomes,” Clark comments. “When employers provide access to a comprehensive primary care model that focuses on the long-term health of their population – from preventive services to behavior coaching and modification to chronic condition management – the result is healthier employees.”
