Chief Medical Officer Shares Top Strategies for Reopening
As states across the U.S. continue to reopen, many companies are working to determine the best and safest ways to bring employees back to work. Premise Health Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jon Leizman recently shared the top strategies he’s been recommending in his conversations with large employers across the country.
To enhance safety, both screening and testing are important, as are measures like social and physical distancing in the workplace. Many organizations are choosing to phase in employees, replace in-person meetings with virtual meetings, spread apart chairs in common areas, and require employees to wear masks.
Healthcare access also continues to be more important than ever. Some people are still unable to visit a doctor in person, so providing virtual care options is extremely important, while also promoting health in the workplace by placing hand sanitizer throughout the building.
