#PremiseCares: Premise pharmacist goes above and beyond for members during COVID-19

Premise pharmacists continue to provide comprehensive care to patients during COVID-19 with medication refills, syncs and closeouts. When a patient complained of ongoing medication mix-ups at his community pharmacy, our Premise pharmacist assured him that she would call and get his prescriptions sorted even though he was not a member.

Soon after, the patient returned and asked for all of his prescriptions to be transferred to the Premise pharmacy. He stated that the commute to the Premise location was worth it because our pharmacists were so willing to go out of their way to help him.
