Premise Health Certified as Great Place to Work
Great Place to Work certification is determined by employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey that measures employee perceptions of credibility, respect, and fairness; their level of pride in what they do; and how often they experience camaraderie with their colleagues. During an unprecedented and challenging year, this recognition validates the people-first culture Premise strives to provide to all team members, regardless of position.
“Team-first culture is top priority at Premise, and this certification is a testament to that commitment,” said Premise CEO Stu Clark. “We are proud of this recognition, and we will continue to focus on improving the team member experience, which enable us to continue to live out our mission and deliver the highest-quality of care to our clients and members.”
Other notable data garnered through the survey includes:
- 94% believe Premise customers would rate the service delivered as “excellent”
- 89% feel good about the ways Premise contributes to the community
- 88% believe people at Premise quickly adapt to changes needed for the organization’s success
