People gain access to Premise Health through organizations such as an employer, union, or health plan. When someone has access through an organization, they are a Premise Health member.
Access to Premise is available exclusively to members. Eligibility will vary by organization and may require being enrolled in your organization’s benefits plan. For some organizations, spouses and dependent children, ages two and up, are eligible.
Premise Health wellness centers may be staffed by a variety of healthcare professionals, depending on the types of care provided at the location. They may include a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, wellness nurse, physical therapist, and other clinical team members. Premise maintains the same education and licensure requirements as any other medical facility, and clinical team members are screened and selected for their exceptional knowledge and skills.
