Laying the foundation.
Premise’s journey began by creating a dedicated team tasked with defining company environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals and laying out a roadmap for the future. While this journey is just beginning, the concepts of ESG have always been woven into the fabric of the Premise mission and vision. Health centers are near where people live and work, which means convenient access, quicker drives, and lower emissions. Members receive culturally competent care to address and provide solutions for social drivers of health. And all health-related records are safe and kept private, secured by our stringent and certified security measures.

We believe the best healthcare is accessible, affordable, and equitable. Focusing on value-driven care with these three components reduces trips to the hospital, increases primary care visits, lowers costs, and ultimately leads to healthier outcomes. Members are encouraged to build on the high-quality care they receive by engaging with our digital engagement platform, powered by Sonic Boom. Activities focus on creating positive habits, whether environmental, social, or health related, with rewards along the way for motivation.

We have long focused on being a good corporate citizen and environmental steward to the communities we serve, holding ourselves to the highest standards in everything we do. When it comes to governance and data security, Premise is one of few healthcare companies to attain Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST) status for our electronic health record. With strong vendor governance and risk management strategies in place, we mitigate risk for our partners while rigorous quality and ethical standards ensure all our policies follow current best practice.
